Airtime ("the app," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information: If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a unique identifier and, optionally, your name and email. You can also use Airtime without an account, in which case we store only an anonymous device identifier.
- Your content: The coasters you track, your ratings, ride counts, notes, and any photos you add.
- We do not collect your contacts, precise location, or browsing activity, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking.
How we use it
- To provide the app's features: saving your coasters, syncing them across your devices, and generating personal and aggregated global rankings.
- Ratings used for global rankings are aggregated and not linked to your identity.
Where your data is stored
On your device, and on our private server to enable cross-device sync. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Third parties
Sign-in is handled by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies. Coaster names, details, and photos are sourced from Wikipedia, Wikidata, and (where applicable) Captain Coaster. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Deleting your data
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account & Data in the app.
Children
Airtime is not directed to children under 13.
